You will be responsible for; Front Office & Visitor Management 1. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times, with background music playing to create a pleasant atmosphere. 2. Greetings and attend to visitors and clients courteously. 3. Obtain and document visitor details (e.g., name, designation, company) prior to their arrival. 4. Manage visitor access: assign and collect visitor cards accordingly. 5. Arrange and confirm room bookings ahead of scheduled meetings. 6. Prepare refreshments for meetings when required. 7. Be present during visits/meetings to assist guests; if unavailable, ensure a designated replacement is arranged. Onboarding Support & Coordination 8. Assist the FAITH Creation - calculate annual leave entitlements based on new employees' start dates. 9. Coordinate asset preparation and email creation with the IT team, including assigning employees to email groups based on their job grade. 10. Liaise with the Engagement team to arrange photo-taking sessions and email signature setup for new joiners. 11. Manage parking card allocation for eligible Managers/Leadership, or process payment in lieu of those opting out—ensure Payroll is copied on all related communications. 12. Coordinate orders for the Company’s T-Shirt for all new employees. Qualifications & Requirements: 1. Minimum SPM qualifications. 2. Proven experience in front desk or receptionist roles is an advantage. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 6. Professional appearance and demeanour. 7. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Working Conditions: 1. Full-time, on-site position. 2. Occasional extended hours may be required during high-traffic periods or special events.
