Security Guard

Job description Ensure the safety and security of the perimeter when conducting their patrols, including vehicles being parked in a safe position on site. Ensure any incidents occurring on site and related to security and safety are logged and reported to the Security Supervisor and Security Manager. Ensure emergency calls are made for any emergency like fire, major injury, criminal or threats and person in charge of emergency evacuation control. Ensure all MAHSING HEALTHCARE employees, security personnel, visitors and vendors aware of and enforce safety and security regulations on site. No unauthorized person is permitted to remain in the vicinity of the Security Post without a valid reason. Ensure all visitors and vendors entering the site have been inducted. Do not accept deliveries after hours or give access to any unauthorized persons. Check with vendors if their action may impact on the safety on site. Log any unsafe practices, suspicious activity, illegal activity, faults, damage and any other concerns that may arise. Report any visitors, vendors, MAHSING HEALTHCARE employees who he suspects is under the influence of a chemical substance to Security Supervisor then Security Supervisor will immediately notify the HSE and Human Resources Department. Perform clocking at designated locations and monitoring any suspicious movement of all employees, visitors and vendors during visiting, loading and unloading. Ensure all trucks, visitors and vendors entering and exiting the site are registered at the Security Post. Details include their name, identification number, time in, time out etc. Ensure all trucks leaving the site possess proper valid documents, identification tags and authorized signature. Ensure all visitors and vendors record their name on the person in-out record in Security Post and are provided with the proper identification tag. Enforce employee compliance around rules and regulations, especially around safety. Conduct random operation staff body check for any prohibited items using handheld scanner. Conduct random vendor body check for any prohibited or any suspicious items using handheld scanner. Conduct searching of trucks and vendors vehicles entering and exiting MAHSING HEALTHCARE site. To ensure container seal is in good condition (not tampering) when trucks in and out. To ensure check Delivery Order, container number and seal number before the trucks exit
