Job Description Sales and marketing Advertisement campaign Resolve client feedback and complains regarding sales and service / product. Monitor client preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products, services, treatment / procedures. Study the market price and demands, determine price schedules and discount rates. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping. Confer or consult with the respective heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on treatment / procedure / equipment and client specifications. Prepare departmental budgets and approve budget expenditures. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Visit Corporate Companies and also healthcare providers to provide our services and expand market reach. Confer potential clients regarding the treatment / procedure / product and advise the clients on it. Direct clerical staffs to keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions. Monthly commission available based on Sales / Performance. Marketing Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and client satisfaction. Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors. Evaluate the financial aspects of treatment / procedure / service / product, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers. Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, colour, and packaging. Compile lists describing product or service offerings. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analysing business developments and monitoring market trends. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services. Advise business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services. Initiate market research studies and analyse their findings. Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand. Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent. Computer literate. Preferably with more than 2 years working experience. Able to work independently as well as possess good teamwork. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their application. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media. Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
