Job Overview Human Resource Executive is responsible on the coordination of an organization’s people to achieve specific business objectives, fulfil staffing needs, and maintain employee satisfaction while following the employment act or any act that is being subjected. Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative responsibilities - Organize, maintain and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information. - Supervise new employee onboarding, prepare offer documentation - Keep a track record of leaves such as sick or maternity. - Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees. 2. Conduct end to end payroll - Set up and update the system that been used for payroll - Conduct monthly payroll for every month for the whole branch - Conduct budget forecasting for payroll (increment etc) - Submit payment - Submit statutory contribution monthly 3. Employee performance management process - Propose and create KPI target for every department and every employment (probation, contract, permanent, outsourced) - Submit scorecard monthly for every department - Involve and perform performance appraisal - Take necessary action (Advise, motivate and notify the consequences to the employee in relation with their performance) 4. Handle employee benefits - Propose and create employee benefits for every job grade - Handle event program (Company trip, Company Dinner etc) - Approve and conduct leave management for all employee - In charge for corporate attire for employees - Handle budgeting for employee benefits 5. Onboarding & Offboarding Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new employees. Manage exit interviews and offboarding procedures to improve retention strategies. 6. Update any documents relate with company policy and process - Employee manual guide - Employee LOV Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or service industry. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
