- To handle daily operation duties such as invoicing, accounts receivables and account payables
- Assist in general accounting function
- Key in stock received from Production & External Vendor
- Check and verify outgoing stock at loading bay & coordinate for orders pick up
- Check on products physical quality, quantity, labelling & packaging for all in & out transaction
- Control daily stock card
- Prepare weekly stock balance report
- Participate in stock count and update of inventory
- Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
- Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements
- General administration works
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
- Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good organization skills, and ability to manage confidential data
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated
