What you'll do:
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in managing office inventory and supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important company documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondences when required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors when necessary.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
