Requirements

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Related course in Marketing, Business Management, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas (eg: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions) for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibility

Stock Management and Coordination :

  • Collaborate with the production team to monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory is available for e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate stock arrangements to meet platform demands and promotional campaigns.

Performance Monitoring :

  • Track and analyze the performance metrics of e-commerce platforms, such as sales performance, traffic and conversion rates.
  • Assist in preparing performance updates and reports for internal review.

Platform Setup and Deals Management :

  • Support the setup and maintenance of product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, including configuring platform deals and discounts.
