Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign alignment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company’s reputation.

Requirements:

  • Confident, positive, and energetic on the phone.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Able to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Prior telemarketing/sales experience is an advantage (but not a must).
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia,
