Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and feedback using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign alignment.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company’s reputation.
Requirements:
- Confident, positive, and energetic on the phone.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Able to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Prior telemarketing/sales experience is an advantage (but not a must).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia,
