Campaign Management Specialist (Lead)
Role Summary
Planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to drive campaign performance, achieve business goals, and ensure ROI.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Strategy:
o Develop and implement integrated marketing campaign strategies.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, media, SEO, paid ads) to build cohesive and effective campaigns
o Analyze audience segments and market trends to create data-driven campaign approaches
Campaign Execution & Management:
o Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns, including ideation, content creation, channel selection, and deployment.
o Develop campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
o Optimize campaigns across digital, paid, social, email, and offline channels
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
o Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), such as CTR, conversion rates etc.
o Analyze campaign data to measure success and identify areas for optimization
Collaboration:
o Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging and assets for campaigns.
o Partner with media buying and digital teams to plan budgets and allocate resources effectively.
o Align strategies with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure business priorities are met.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, paid media)
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel strategies and audience segmentation
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email automation tool
