Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, day-to-day account operational tasks.
- Handle bank reconciliation, commission calculations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of accounts
- Providing support to the General Ledger team during yearly statutory audit and Account department as and when necessary.
- Processing expenses requests for employee reimbursements
- Monitor fixed asset register and loyalty rewards points register
- Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Processional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy, LCCI, ACCA or equivalent.
- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
- Knowledgeable in SAP system is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
