General manager assistant
Job description :
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of the NGO’s programs
Assist in recruiting, training, and managing staff and volunteers.
Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and provide support.
Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources, including shelter supplies and medical aid for animals.
KEY SKILLS :
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Passion for animal welfare and community service.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
REQUIREMENTS :
Degree in Business Management or anything related
At least 1 year experience in managerial position
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
