Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
- Managing live streaming databases and filing systems.
- Organizing and maintaining records, both physical and digital.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
2. Administrative Support:
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Assisting with document preparation, formating, and editing.
3. Organizing Meetings:
- Scheduling meetings, appointments and coordination such as booking rooms and preparing
materials.
4. Office Maintenance:
- Overseeing office maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinating with building management for facilities-related issues.
- Ensuring a clean and organized office environment.
- Monitor and manage office equipment purchasing.
5. Supporting HR Functions:
- Completes reporting functions involving attendance & absence statistics, and transfer data,
and other information assigned.
- Assisting with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Office/ Business Administration or any related field
- Less than 1 year of experience in related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle large volumes of data
efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Passion for building a high-performing and engaged workforce
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
