Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs for internal teams and clients.
Develop and maintain a structured training curriculum, ensuring alignment with government financial regulations and industry best practices.
Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to enhance ERP system understanding and adoption.
Lead a team of trainers, ensuring consistent and high-quality training delivery.
Digitize the organization's knowledge base, including creating training manuals, video tutorials, and self-learning modules.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and consultants to continuously improve training materials.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and system adoption rates.
Support the upskilling of internal teams by identifying skill gaps and recommending learning paths.
Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant enrollment, and reporting training progress.
What you'll need to succeed
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
· Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
· Minimum 5-8 years of experience in training, learning & development, or ERP implementation
· Experience in designing and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtual.
· Strong leadership skills to manage a team of trainers and coordinate cross-departmental training needs.
· Familiarity with digital learning platforms, e-learning tools, and content creation for online training.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English to effectively communicate with government agencies.
· Experience in knowledge management and continuous learning strategies is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,604.28 - RM10,137.85 per month
