Job Description

  • Assist in corporate secretarial compliance to meet the requirements of the Malaysian Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and legal professionals.
  • Maintain corporate secretarial records and statutory books.
  • Support in the preparation of resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents.

Requirement

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Corporate Administration, Finance, Secretarial, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
