  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Operating across multiple regions, they provide seamless appointment booking, teleconsultations, and healthcare solutions that empower both patients and providers.

We are helping them look for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Intern to join the team. This role offers hands-on experience in sales pipeline development, client engagement, and market research. If you enjoy interacting with prospects, supporting clients, and analyzing business trends, this internship is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Funnel & Prospect Engagement

  • Assist in building and optimizing the sales pipeline.
  • Identify and engage with targeted prospects via calls and digital outreach.
  • Support sales team in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

Client Support & Post-Deployment Assistance

  • Provide remote support to clients after product/service deployment.
  • Handhold clients through the onboarding process and address their concerns.
  • Gather feedback to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Business Intelligence & Analysis

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business strategy.
  • Gather competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve sales and business operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Final year, final semester for Diploma/Degree; OR newly graduated and looking to explore the healthtech industry
  • Able to commit at least 3 months (12 weeks)
  • Comfortable making calls and engaging with prospects
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or data analytics platforms (are a plus!)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,300.00 per month
