Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their careers in sales within the logistics and automation sector. As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to a variety of sales and business development activities, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop your sales expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase our company's products, solutions, and services to potential customers.
  • Customer Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their equipment needs and system requirements, providing expert advice and solutions.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to understand customer needs and provide comprehensive sales support.
  • Sales Generation: Generate high-quality leads, follow up on contacts, secure orders, negotiate prices, and manage deliveries to drive business growth.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with Presales and Technical Engineers to research and modify products, ensuring they meet customers' specific technical requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze client feedback to inform new sales and marketing strategies, helping to stay ahead in a competitive market.
  • Goal Achievement: Set and work towards ambitious sales targets, contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate with the Sales team to prepare quotations, tenders, and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking motivated individuals who:

  • Recent graduates with a degree in Business, Marketing, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, with strong interest in technology and automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to interact with diverse client groups.
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia, China, and Europe as needed for client meetings and sales events.
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
