  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

POSITION - INJECTION MOULDING TECHNICIAN

LOCATION - SHAH ALAM

SALARY- RM 3000-4000

Implement product quality standards to ensure that products meet customer requirements.

Process inspection, find and solve abnormalities in a timely manner.

Inspect key parameters such as machine molding cycle and residual amount to ensure that key indicators such as production capacity and yield are achieved.

Perform machine process debugging according to the standard process card output by the process engineer to ensure that the product meets the quality requirements.

Solve and deal with the abnormal problems on site and record the process parameters and abnormal problem history and report to the engineer.

Confirm the quality of mold maintenance in advance according to the production plan issued by PMC.

Complete the upper and lower mold work according to the operation specifications of the upper and lower molds.

Perform daily mold maintenance and make mold maintenance records according to the mold daily maintenance operation specifications.

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years experience in injection molding process debugging;

Familiar with the basic principles of injection molding machines and manipulators;

Familiar with the properties of raw materials;

Good operation ability of injection molding machine, manipulator and other equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
