Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry for various events into the backend system.
  • Update, verify, and generate reports to ensure data integrity.
  • Handle multiple incoming documents, including receiving, tracking, checking, and filing.
  • Assist in general administrative duties to support the retail teams operations.
  • Ensure timely and organized record-keeping for easy retrieval.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications with relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is required.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables is an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Hardworking, proactive, and positive attitude towards work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
