Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry for various events into the backend system.
- Update, verify, and generate reports to ensure data integrity.
- Handle multiple incoming documents, including receiving, tracking, checking, and filing.
- Assist in general administrative duties to support the retail teams operations.
- Ensure timely and organized record-keeping for easy retrieval.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications with relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is required.
- Knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables is an added advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Hardworking, proactive, and positive attitude towards work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
