1. Recruitment
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment and selection (all types of employment), including but not limited to advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, induction, reports, etc.
- Monitor career progressions including confirmation, transfers, resignations, and promotion.
- Maintain and update HR documents such as Job Description (JD), Standard of Procedure (SOP), HR forms, and other HR related matters.
- Maintain up-to-date employee employment records including upkeep of the employee’s personal file and database.
- Maintain and update leave record and monitor employee attendance record.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Head of Department.
2. Mploy
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements and integrations with other HR tools and applications.
- To assist in performing system testing for implementation of updates.
- Assist to manages all modules in the HRMS system (Mploy).
- Assist to resolves technical issues and inquiries from staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
