Job Summary

Handle full spectrum of accounting duties which includes preparing full set of accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain full set of accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales, receivable transactions, payments and their corresponding adjustments.
  • Assist in monthly closing by performing clearing of the receivables, bank reconciliation and providing revenue and accounts receivable reports.
  • Assist to prepare balance sheet schedules and performance of reconciliations for account receivables and other payables accounts.
  • Assist to prepare of income statement schedules and performance of reconciliations for account payables and other payables accounts.
  • Handle administrative works such as filing, coordination of payments within the Company i.e. inter-department or third parties contractors, arrangement with despatch on daily basis etc.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders i.e. auditors, company secretary, bankers and third parties on related job matters.
  • Assist in other general administrative duties such as ordering of business cards, office administration, etc.
  • Ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in Accountancy.
  • Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Navision (Accounting & Finance module) will be an advantage.
  • Responsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent and with a high level of initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
