DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Section Head to prepare daily ingredients and food items in the menu specifications.
- Possess sound knowledge and skills on food preparation for different sections to produce cooked food with consistency and high quality.
- Monitor food wastage and spoilage to maintain minimal food cost and in budget.
- Good attention to details and a passion to work with food menus and recipes.
- Prepares mise-en-plan for ala carte menu.
- Ensure kitchen area cleaned, equipment and utensil in hygienic condition.
- Monitor stock inventory for section involved to complete Stock Card before transfer of shift.
QUALITICATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Age: 19+
- Min Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality and Catering/Cookery/Culinary Health and Safety/Food Hygiene courses.
- Have a bakery background is advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
