Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting services to clients in accordance with engagement terms, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and other client deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., MFRS) and client-specific requirements.
  • Develop and manage engagement budgets and timelines.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Experience in a reputable accounting firm or corporate accounting department is highly desirable.
  • Experience with cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks Online, SQL, AutoCount) is a strong advantage.
