Purchasing:

  • Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services from vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met
  • Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with suppliers to track order status, expedite deliveries, and resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and provide support and guidance as needed
  • Adapt to SQL system

Administration:

  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with facilities management tasks, such as coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing office supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Support HR functions, such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records
  • Handle inquiries from employees and external parties, providing timely and accurate information or directing them to the appropriate channels

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:
