Purchasing:
- Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services from vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met
- Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers to track order status, expedite deliveries, and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and provide support and guidance as needed

Administration:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assist with facilities management tasks, such as coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing office supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Support HR functions, such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records
- Handle inquiries from employees and external parties, providing timely and accurate information or directing them to the appropriate channels
