QC Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
· Checking and monitoring the cleanliness of the production area
· Checking storage temperature and ensuring temperature meets standard range.
· Checking ‘Bain Marie’ temperature during operation.
· Monitor raw material quality (expiry date). Ensure follow ‘First In and First Out’ (FIFO) system.
· Monitor staff hygiene and Personal Protective Unit (PPU) requirement.
· Checking and making decision to reject materials if not meet standard quality.
· Ensure all staff alert and have awareness about food safety and quality during handling food.
· Random checking food quality (appearance, texture and taste).
· Available to assist any ad-hoc related with Café operational matter.
Qualification needed:
· Experience at least one year in Food and Beverage industry OR
· Fresh Graduation of Diploma / Degree in Food Technology (or any course related with food).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
