We call our human resources group the Talent Team, reflecting how important our people are to the success of the EY organization. Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy and solutions, including the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firm’s employees achieve their goals. You will lead as well as support the development and implementation of strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, reward and wellbeing, recruiting, onboarding reporting processes and other initiatives.
The opportunity
As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will build strategic relationship with key leaders and other teams across our complex business. Understanding our business issues are imperatives. Identify and implement recruitment solutions will extend your talents. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop and implement winning strategies for campus and intern recruitment across all service lines
- Oversee the entire Campus Recruitment team
- Identify, select and recruit highly qualified graduate candidates through our rigorous selection process
- Oversee and continuously enhance current recruitment process
- Build and develop strong collaboration relationships with academic institutions to enhance our reach to candidates
- Undertake or lead special projects from time to time

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A graduate qualification
- Five to 8 years working experience leading recruitment team and managing resourcing matters
- Acquire proven experience in leading, coaching and developing teams in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrate capability to design and implement resourcing solutions with a strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach
- Comfortable working closely with key senior management leaders
- Analytical, resourceful and meticulous
- Strong interpersonal, communications and project management skills
- Ideally with hands-on knowledge on resourcing platforms, tools and techniques
