Indoor Sales Executive (AI/IoT/Automation)

You’ll play a vital role in driving sustainability and cutting down carbon emissions in the built environment. We empower our clients to achieve up to a 40% reduction in energy consumption with our cutting-edge ENX Sustainability AI platform. By integrating IoT sensors and smart controls, we optimize energy usage across ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems, plug loads, and lighting. We also manage the air and water quality, track occupancy, and monitor data center infrastructure — all while providing real-time sustainability KPI reports.
Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods, such as cold calling, social media, networking, email marketing, and other lead generation techniques.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and sales presentations, effectively showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our software solutions tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target organizations to support long-term business growth.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate updates, timely follow-up and reporting.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, finalize sales agreements and successfully close sales to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide continuous support after the sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to to stay informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and changing customer needs, using insights to enhance sales strategies and positioning.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Indoor Sales experience, handling both inbound and outbound marketing, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- A passion for solving real-world problems with connected technologies, with a keen ability to work independently and stay highly organized and detail-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
