Bhd. is a marketing services providing company that provides personalized marketing services to the Building and Construction Industry manufacturer, specializing in construction and building materials throughout Malaysia, covering even East Malaysia. This Marketing Services company is a niche concept and employment come with a new and bright future for opportunity and expansion.

Responsibilities
1) To build a good relationship with customers, manufacturer principal partners and co-staffs within company.
2) To initiate contact with clients.
3) To handle all work inputs and status updates, appointment setup/follow up/control and manage your own daily work updating procedures.
4) To update company's database to reflect all work completed daily/weekly and monthly status.
5) To monitor and provide support for all related marketing, sales, purchase, delivery and all other logistic issues of the specific related company, which is our ongoing or potential clients
6) To attend record data and information.
7) To make cold calling to arrange and attend the meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
8) To assist director in day-to-day company’s marketing operations, visit client’s office as and when required assist in any company data entry work

Requirements
1) Diploma / Degree
in any related qualification or other relevant Building/Construction qualification specific work experience required to fulfil the role
2) Familiar with Building and Construction Material Industry
3) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
4) Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
5) Computer literate (eg. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
6) Able to work independently
7) High interest to learn and progress
8) Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
9) Pleasant personality and ability to socialize professionally would be a cruise advantage
10) Possess own transport and must be willing to travel
11) May start work immediately

Salary

• RM 2,800.00 – RM 3,300.00 for probation & with an increment upon work position confirmation, based on performance exhibited, during your probationary period.
