  • Preparation of monthly financial and management reports for submission to Management ; ensure preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
  • Provide monthly performance, expenses and variance analysis for management and operation purposes;
  • Leading the finance team for all aspects of financial accounting including manufacturing accounts, accounts receivables, accounts payables, inventory and general ledger, to ensure proper posting and timely preparation of month end closing;
  • Cash and working capital management, including preparation of cash flow forecast, treasury and banking/financing arrangement;
  • Preparation of forecast, yearly budget and tracking of performance against budget; • Assist in setting up accounting work flows and processes, with effective control, to ensure efficient information flow and compliance with accounting reports;
  • Liaison with external auditors for yearly audit and follow up the audit findings ;
  • Prepare monthly tax estimate and liaise with tax agent for yearly tax submission
  • Liaison with bankers, company secretary, tax authority, government departments and other relevant parties;
  • Knowledge of ISO would be an added advantage
  • In charge of any ad hoc assignment given.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree. The best is with Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in the related field with managing or supervisory capacity; experiences from manufacturing industry will be added advantages.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.

  • EPF/ SOCSO/ EIS and other statutory contribution as update by government
