Utilize data-driven insights to assess recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements. • Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, internal policies, and ethical recruitment practices. • Represent the company and client brands professionally in the talent market. • Champion a superior candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. • Drive employer branding initiatives by leveraging market presence, social media, and partnerships to attract high-caliber candidates.
