Executive Customer Service (Native Vietnamese) The Responsibilities of the Role:- • Handle on a day-to-day basis Inbound and Outbound calls and emails both in English and Vietnamese language and follow through each call/email requirement based on department’s SOP as provided by Operations. • Manage all data/field engineer dispatch concerning Field Modification instruction (FMI) / Preventive Maintenance on all install base, and other IB information set forth as per department’s SOP and other business processes. • Update business CRM or any IT-related tools in-line with daily task. • Undertake any administration task associated with Customer Database, Business Service (Preventive Maintenance, Field Modification Instruction, Siebel, Ordering Part/FE Parts Booking, Helium Level Reading) • Doing part order across ASEAN countries and tracking. Coordinate with Logistic Team. • Coordinate with all stakeholders across business functions in order to secure accurate IB information. • Work closely with field service sales and service, service marketing and commercial solutions to resolve technical and process-related issues. • Monitor all related business workflows and ensure resolutions on per business operations SLA. • Responsible for all CRM-based system set up and & update requirements. • To work on ad-hoc tasks assigned by his/her superior provided that it does not go against the company policy. The Requirements for the Role:- • Degree in any discipline. • Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese - Mandatory • Previous experience in the call center environment is an advantage • Demonstrate ability to handle escalations. • Attention to detail with case documentation.
