RESOURCE MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKER))

Key Responsibilities: 1. Machinery Management • Oversee the deployment, tracking and maintenance of machinery used at various project sites. • Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper use, storage and safety of machinery. 2. Office and Site Furniture Management • Manage office and site furniture inventory, including procurement, maintenance and repairs. • Coordinate furniture placement and allocation as per departmental and project needs. 3. Maintenance Scheduling: • Develop and manage a maintenance schedule for all machinery and vehicles, ensuring timely servicing. • Track vehicle and machinery conditions, arranging for repairs or replacements when necessary. 4. Asset Monitoring and Tracking • Maintain accurate records of all assets, including machinery, vehicles and furniture using asset management software or inventory system. • Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor asset conditions, usage and location. 5. Reporting and Documentation • Prepare and maintain reports on asset usage, maintenance schedules and cost. • Document any incidents or repairs involving company assets and ensure compliance with safety standards. 6. Budgeting and Procurement • Assist in budget planning for asset management activities comply with safety regulatory requirements. • Promote safe handling and operational practoces for machinery and equipment across all teams.
