1) Establish an Efficient, Reasonable and Streamlined Production Management System - Organize the formulation of internal production organization settings and formulate internal management plans. - Organize the preparation of rules and regulations for production management, etc. - Supervise, inspect and guide the implementation of rules and regulations to ensure orderly production activities. - Responsible for the personnel management of managers (such as selection, appointment and dismissal, assessment, rewards and punishments, promotion, etc.) - Host weekly meetings and coordinate the working relationship between various departments. 2) Production Planning Management - According to the company’s annual business plan, prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly production plans. - Create production data reports and present to the management - Prepare the annual capital budget plan of the production department and supervise the implementation. - Responsible for the staffing, organization and management, equipment allocation and work schedule arrangement of the production department. - Carry out production scheduling and management control, and be responsible for the balance control of production capacity and marketing demand capacity. 3) Cost Control Management - Organize system cost control and approval process, and supervise the implementation of cost control. - Do a good job of cost statistics, and cooperate with the financial director to implement production cost control and assessment. 4) Production Quality Management - Listen to quality work reports every month to guide product quality control work. - Organize production departments to participate in the establishment of a comprehensive quality management system and ISO quality management system. 5) Production Safety Management - Regularly inspect, supervise, system and implement safety production prevention measures. - Eliminate hidden safety hazards in production and properly handle major accidents in production. - Regularly check the implementation of safety production, establish and improve safety assessment files. 6) Establish of Management Constitution - Responsible for the preparation of various regulations and systems such as production management, scheduling management, and safety management of the department. - According to the actual situation of the company, timely supplement, revise and improve various rules and regulations. - Supervise and inspect the implementation of various rules and regulations in the production system. 7) Preparation of Production-Related Plans - According to the annual business objectives, assist the factory manager to prepare the annual production plan, and at the same time prepare the raw material consumption plan. - Organize production to decompose the monthly production plan into weekly, daily and production plans. - Reasonably prepare the production schedule plan, issue production tasks, and check the implementation, adjust in time to ensure that the plan is reached. 8) Others - Analyse factory production data and devising improvement strategies as necessary - Participate in the review of new product development plans and organize trial production. - Do a good job in training, appraisal, rewards and punishments for subordinates and improve their enthusiasm for work. - Industrial Engineering works. - Train talents, guide the works of various departments, and improve the production efficiency and staff quality of the entire factory. - Supervise factory personnel training, strengthen the construction of human resources department, discover and train talents. - Caring about subordinates, leading by example, making employees highly cohesive, and requiring employees to complete their work with a high degree of enthusiasm and responsibility. - Strive to improve the working conditions of employees, continuously improve the working environment and living conditions of employees. - Maintain good public relations with others people, establish an excellent corporate image, and represent factory to receive important customers. - Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
