Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Project Management / Landscape Architect or equivalent.

Industry: Landscape Contractor / Construction

Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm

Attendance & Punctuality – Maintain good attendance and encourage come to work earlier

Near public transportation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare landscape maintenance quotation, monthly maintenance report, monthly claims and documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Assist to manage landscape maintenance projects starting from quotation, report preparation completion of projects until handover.
  • landscape costing according to the company's budget.
  • Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Leader/management
  • To monitor, evaluate as well as reporting to superior on all on-going work in order to ensure all work are carried out according to the specification.
  • To liaise with building managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Keep tracking of material and inform to order more when required
  • Documenting any changes of design and updating budgets
  • To perform ad - hoc task assigned by superior from time to time

    • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Project Management / Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Required Skill(s):, MS Office, Excel, Power point.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines, resourceful and discipline
  • Initiative and able to work independently
