To assist the General Manager in the internal audit of outlets by taking photos & follow up with the operation team for corrective actions.
Works together with Project Department in the opening of new outlets.
Site viewing of new location with the General Manager.
Responds to outlet and Central Kitchen breakdown calls and liaise with the appropriate contractors / suppliers to attend to them.
Organise the planned maintenance & fulfils requests for repairs or new installations of front and back of house HVAC system, electrical system, piping system, appliances, equipment, machinery and other fixtures related to central kitchen and all outlets by sourcing for quotation and getting approval from General Manager before co-ordinating with contractor or supplier for execution.
Assigns the delivery of equipment and other items stored in the warehouse by liaising with the Supply Chain Department.
Monitors completion of repairs, new installations and planned maintenance through frequent field observation and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
Co-ordinates scheduled pest control between outlets and service providers and liaise with service provider for additional or special pest control exercise.
In charge of applying work permits and loading bay lock for all maintenance works in the outlets.
Prepares and maintains appropriate documentation of maintenance records including the maintenance schedule, work orders, equipment installations, weekly maintenance report, maintenance costing summary report and other operating reports.
To compile all invoices from Maintenance Department before sending it to Accounts Department.
Perform other ad-hoc assignments & produce reports as required by the General Manager.
