Assistant Manager - Production

PLANT  Lead the production team on day to day production activities and meet monthly targets and yearly budgets  Lead in the development of solutions to particular production related problems from general operations to control systems, engineering restrictions, environmental issues and incorrect design and development of particular equipment.  Propose and implement innovative and cost effective solutions to process issues.  Lead in the implementation of duties and reviewing standard operating procedures to increase efficiencies and optimization of the same.  Support new process introduction by developing gap assessment for the process requirement against the existing facilities and generating plans to remove the identified gaps.  Provide technical support for safety development, participation in HAZOPs and incident investigations as well as active involvement in site safety team.  Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s standards, engineering specifications and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation, company’s requirements and current best practices.  Responsible for annual production budgets, planning and execution.  Coordinate the hiring and training of all manufacturing personnel to ensure competency on the job.  Prepare the monthly production reports which include target/budget vs. actual.  Ensure sustainability requirements are as per Renewable European Directory and timely submissions of GHG (Green House Gas) emissions for ready use.  Provide technical guidance, support to internal and external sources on new/existing developed products/customers  Address customer queries and direct interaction with customer  Perform other duties as assigned.
