Job description Manpower Planning & Selection - In charge of all outlets, logistic, HQ hiring by supervising Recruitment executives. - Develops and initiate the recruitment strategies by reviewing and identifying the headcounts required in order to manage the manpower fulfilment request within the expected timeframe. - Accesses and reviews the manpower request by hiring manager in order to speed up the sourcing time for qualified candidates. - Communicates and work closely with internal and external stakeholder in terms of hiring requirement, headcounts required, and manpower planning in order to reduce sourcing time and optimize the sourcing quality. - Identifies the ideal recruitment channel and platform by accessing the applicability for the candidate’s pool that match with our requirements in order to achieve cost efficiency. Recruitment Compliances : - Develops and reviews internal recruitment policies by ensuring the policies are updated periodically and communicated to respective departments in order to comply with internal and external requirement. - Verifies and reviews the completion of document collection provided by the new hiring in order to ensure it complies with internal and statutory requirements. - Verifies and reviews new hiring information in HRIS by auditing the data entry into HRIS in order to assure the data accuracy. Employer branding : - Develops the recruitment pipelines with universities and colleges by participating career fair or event in order to builds the fresh graduates pool with minimum cost. - Accesses and selects and participates public career fair or event by evaluating the cost effectiveness and efficiency in order to build company branding and fulfill the headcounts request. - Manages internal social networking by constantly updating the internal programs, activities and vacancies in order to build employer branding. Employee Training & Engagement : - Training will be outsourced to another entity under the group, supervises 2 executives in Training Coordination and Employee Engagement. - Take charge of Employee Orientation monthly to ensure new hires are introduced with company culture and practices. - Responsible for maintaining coordination of training programs with succession programs and leadership development programs; responsible for oversight of succession management program with the outsourced entity throughout the year. - Responsible on the mandated compliance training programs to ensure that the programs are developed in coordination with established standards and are properly tracked within employee profiles - Identifies, proposes carry out Employee Engagement activities such as annual sport days, annual dinners, study trips (local & overseas) virtually or physically, etc. Requirements: - Bachelor's in Human Resources Management or any related. - Have experience in recruitment, branding, training and development - Minimum 5 years experiences in managing role - Good communication skill and detail-oriented. - Experience in mass hiring or retail industry would be added advantage.
