We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Service to join our team at our florist retail shop in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will handle both online and offline customer service. A background or knowledge in floristry is a plus, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in-store, online, and via phone, addressing inquiries and assisting with purchases.
  • Manage online orders, respond to customer messages, and coordinate deliveries efficiently.
  • Offer recommendations on floral products based on customer preferences and occasions.
  • Process payments, manage POS systems, and handle cash transactions.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including social media engagement.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Superior/ Management from time to time.
  • Language(s) Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates must posses at least Diploma.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a florist-related field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of online order processing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
