• Process billings and managing the billing process. • Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Partners, Directors to Managers assigned under his/her portfolio. • Undertake various administrative tasks such as secretarial support, billings, travel bookings, meeting room bookings, upload files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis etc. • Carry out recovery activities with due diligence within prescribed standard operating procedures to minimize delinquency and ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines. • To prepare statement of accounts, monthly ageing reports and/or any other adhoc reports as requested. • Maintain live & up to date status reports, and provide the reports to managers upon requests. • Communicate actively with the respective internal stakeholders. • May be required to prepare simple analytical reports when necessary. • Assist in preparation of presentation materials, reports. • Provide status updates on files and track progress using in-house database. • Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned including support to members of the team.
