- Supporting general office operations and ensuring smooth daily workflows
- Approaching and engaging with potential new customers through online platforms to expand our market reach
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Experience in online sales and customer service is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and a polite, professional attitude
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working in an office-based role
