Senior Interior Designer

Job Description: • Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. • Create and present design concepts, including layouts, mood boards, color schemes, and material selections. • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative and functional design solutions. • Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design elements. • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, support, and professional development. • Review and approve design documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. • Stay updated with design trends, new materials, and technologies in the industry. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in interior design. • In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and space planning. • Ability to proactively offer design suggestions and provide creative solutions. • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. • Experience in managing and mentoring junior designers. • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once. • A keen eye for detail and high standards for design quality.
