  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks CNC TURNING MILLING PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Develop combined milling and turning cycles in CAM. • Operate multi-axis CNC turning centers • Program Y-axis milling operations in turn-mill centers. • Control C-axis interpolation for cross-drilling and pocket milling. • Execute grooving with radial/axial tools including multi-insert systems. • Perform radial milling around diameter with synchronized C-axis rotation • Simulate turning operations in CAM with full machine kinematics. • Post-process G-code for multi-channel, synchronized turn-mill machines. • Ensure that all parts adhere to GD&T specifications. • Review part drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications to ensure compliance with machining processes. • Create toolpath for polygon turning, grooving, and multi-pass threading. • Handle STL/IGES model inputs for CAM path development. • Calibrate and use CMM for inspection of turned/milled parts. • Integrate toolpath from 3D CAD/CAM into turning operations. • Perform in-process inspections using CMMs and manual gauges to ensure parts meet design specifications. • Automate NC code versioning and documentation for traceability. • Verify machine alignment, tool offsets, and workpiece positioning for accuracy before starting production. • Manage tooling selection, ensuring optimal tool life, cutting speeds, and feed rates for various materials. • Conduct dry runs to verify toolpaths and ensure machine readiness before actual cutting. • Analyze tool life trends and optimize tool change intervals. • Maintain consistent part dimensions during extended runs. • Calculate and compensate for tool wear and thermal growth. • Set up tooling and work offsets for single and dual-spindle operations. • Perform concentricity and roundness-critical part machining. • Incorporate special tool holders and side-mounted cutters for milling access. Required Skills: Min 5 years exp in CNC TURNING MILLING PROGRAMMER Proficient in G-code/M-code for CNC lathes Expertise in 5-axis and multi-axis turning programming. Interpret GD&T Apply lean and Six Sigma for productivity improvements. Adhere to safety and quality policies. Effective problem-solving abilities. Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. Candidate must possess relevant education certification
