  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a PRECISION MILLING MACHINING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Develop complex 3D toolpaths using CAM • Create simultaneous 5-axis programs for intricate surfaces and undercuts. • Write/edit G-code and M-code manually for custom operations. • Set up and operate 3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling machines. • Develop custom post-processors for integration with CAD/CAM systems • Operate 4-axis and 5-axis vertical machining centers • Program CNC milling machines using G-code, M-code, and CAM software • Perform complex angular face milling, drilling, and tapping. • Calibrate and maintain CNC turning machines to ensure repeatability and accuracy. • Operate and interpret results from precision measuring instruments • Select optimal cutting tools, inserts, speeds, and feeds for exotic materials • Program for hybrid machine platforms • Create mold and die core/cavity toolpaths with uniform step-over. • Handle multi-sided components with one-setup machining strategies. • Validate axis movement with dry runs and machine log review. • Perform live C-axis operations for turned-milled features. • Align workpiece on tilted axes with digital measurement support. • Operate simultaneous rotary motion while maintaining tool stability. • Run verification cycles and machine warmups prior to finish cuts. • Create custom milling strategies for deep cavity and narrow slot parts. • Apply trochoidal milling for tough alloys • Use air cutting avoidance strategies in mold core finishing. • Perform plunge roughing in confined pocket areas. • Perform high-feed cutter programming for rapid roughing. • Optimize sequence for heat-sensitive workpiece geometries. • Coordinate with mold design team for DFM-based path strategies. • Prevent chatter, corner burning, and stress risers during fine milling. • Maintain constant tool engagement angle on 5-axis blade milling. • Perform micro milling operations for insert tooling and micro-cavities. • Adjust dynamic tool orientation angles for polishing-grade finish paths.
