Job Description: 1. Administrative support • Manage and organize schedules, calendars and appointments • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents • Maintain filing system •Support company overall administrative required works 2. Travel & logistics • Arrange travel, visa, accommodations and itineraries •Prepare travel expense reports & claims 3. Meeting coordination • Schedule, prepare agenda and take meeting minutes •Follow up on action items and deliverables post meetings 4. Personal errands & task management • Run errands such as shopping, reservations, event planning or booking appointments • Manage company or family related administrative matters if needed (utilities, subscriptions and etc) • Track events, special dates for necessary arrangement 5. Confidential matters • Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity • Act as a gatekeeper and manage access to the employer 6. Project coordination • Support in managing small projects or tasks across different business or personal initiatives • Conduct research or basic data collection to justify and support decision making 7. Miscellaneous • Prepare monthly reports or summaries as requested • Liaise with clients, suppliers and staffs as required • Provide general support in both business and personal matters Skills & Requirements: 1.
