Job Description: • Seek pricing from suppliers and prepare quotations/proposals to customers according to their products requirement/needs. • Follow up on quotations and enquiries in a timely manner. • Issue sales orders and liaise with internal teams and external parties to keep track of sales order status to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers. • Attend to phone/email/walk-in enquiries and provide product recommendation and information. • Build strong relationship with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and feedback. • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments in all aspects of sales processes, documentations and administrative supports. • Maintain and update sales and customer records/database. • Support sales & marketing department in providing sales data/reports, sales forecasts, market trend analysis, customer account analysis and product performance analysis. • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies. • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. • Participate and assist in any sales & marketing activities and campaigns. • Other tasks related to sales & marketing. Requirement: 1) Diploma/Degree in Business or related field. 2) Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 3) Computer literate. 4) Preferable with at least 1 year experience in sales & marketing, however fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. *Please email your resume/CV to [email protected]*
