Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: - Receive & diligently carry out the working instructions from the Directors; - Responsible for general admin and accounting duties as assigned by management; - Support team in admin duties as required; - Assist in liaising and coordination with clients and suppliers. - Check inventory, tracking every component’s journey from stock in to stock out; - Perform a variety of billing, record keeping, claims processing activities relating to projects; - Act as point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants; - Assist in liaising and coordination with clients and suppliers; - Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities administrative to ensure seamless workflow; - Coordinate with resources and ensure the creation, maintenance, and housekeeping of project documents, system records, plans, and reports in order; - Responsible for checking documents, keying in accounting transactions and filing of documents; - Responsible for records purchases, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports; - Process claims under supervision; - Assist in invoicing and account data entry; - Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirement - Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any discipline, preferably in related field of Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent; - Candidate with past experience in administrative, Accounts or inventory management experience or any relevant field is a plus; - Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint, and IT-savvy; - Exceptional organisational skills and ability to organise own workload; - Good interpersonal skills; - Strong sense of responsibility and team player; - Positive attitude to learning with an eye for detail; - Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team; - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
