- Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
- Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance
- Maintain detailed records of all invoicing activities
- Support operations and admin activities
- Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 years of experience in an invoicing or administrative role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
