Job Summary: The Process Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational processes related to the recycling, treatment, and reselling of industrial recovered petroleum products. This role ensures compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols while optimizing process efficiency and product quality. The Manager will also coordinate with logistics teams and act as a transportation agent, ensuring smooth, legal, and efficient transportation of petroleum-based materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Process Oversight: Lead and manage the entire recycling process of industrial recovered petroleum products. Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to quality control standards and environmental compliance. Supervise the operation and maintenance of recycling plant equipment and machinery. Conduct root cause analysis of technical issues and implement corrective actions. 2. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all processes comply with local and international environmental, health, and safety regulations. Liaise with regulatory bodies regarding permits, inspections, and audits. Develop SOPs and train technical staff on safe operating procedures. 3. Transportation Agent Duties: Coordinate the collection and delivery of recovered petroleum products from industrial sources to recycling facilities and customers. Manage transportation schedules, route planning, and carrier selection to ensure cost-effective and timely logistics. Ensure compliance with transportation laws related to hazardous or petroleum-based materials. Maintain documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOL), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and chain-of-custody records. 4. Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, train, and mentor plant technicians and transportation staff. Monitor staff performance and provide continuous technical guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Quality, Safety, and Logistics. 5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintain records of production, quality metrics, equipment performance, and logistics. Prepare technical reports and performance dashboards for senior management. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in process and logistics workflows.
