- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin
- Good understanding of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, leave management, and employee recordkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic HR software/tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
