LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER

• Provide competent and efficient engineering and design services in accordance with Company’s and Clients requirements taking into account safety aspects of design in relationship to project cycle, e,g. HAZID, HAZOP, HAZAN, Risk Analysis techniques and life cycle cost • Ensure the discipline team members have all the information/details required and fully understand the requirements of the project scope, execution strategy and objectives, and perform the discipline engineering design accordingly to achieve the productivity, quality and budget targets. • Manage the discipline to ensure the discipline engineering design are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner • Ensure consistent and uniform application of engineering standards and techniques in the discipline, and the design conforms to the Client approved Basis for Design • Instruct discipline personnel on the technical aspects and on working methods in execution of their work, and audit all work performed by the discipline, as necessary. • Introduce new methods of performing the work to improve on the work performance output. • Make rightful decision on behalf of the discipline to resolve any work related technical issues, conflict, etc. • Execute engineering and design tasks including checking and approving engineering reports, datasheets, specifications, calculations, requisitions and drawings, reviewing third party design, performing and reviewing technical bid evaluation, etc.
