Executive - Private Label Halal & QC

Job scope: • Factory Audit • Product development (In house brand) • Documentations compilation and filing • Designing and redesigned the product • Checking the labeling follow as government food act and regulation requirement (local & overseas) • Product launched • Halal application & Compliance Duties and responsibilities: • Auditing the factory is the part of product development strategies as to recognize the process ensure the quality assurance and factory hygiene as well as to ensure the factory comply with government law requirement needed. • In term of product development, need to achieve the target at least 3 sku’s acquired over the month or more by depending development planning. • To ensure the processing development flow are in track, proper documentations needed from supplier or manufacturer before the process of development and filing completely besides to ensure the validity of certificate and it is approved by government bodies. • Designing and giving new concept for labeling and redesigned the labeling for the existing products are most important as to ensure the labeling follow the Malaysian Standard, Law and Regulations. • Targeting to launch the product within the time period (time taken to complete all without any doubt almost +- 3 months or less depend on the product development processes progress). **Experience in retail is a bonus.
